I’m Jackson, a 26-year-old project engineer from Melbourne, Australia.

In the grand scheme of things, I know two parts of stuff all about anything engineering, growth, development, and life in general.

However, this platform allows me to put some thoughts and ideas out there that hopefully some of you find valuable and perhaps others may offer a different perspective. I have always felt that I am most happy and fulfilled when I’m sharing the things I learn with others, so if I can manage to do that along the way then this little venture has been well worth it.

I’m a novice writer, at best, so if you could be patient and bear with me whilst I try and figure this whole thing out that would be ace.

A little more about me, before we get into the weeds;
– I’ve worked in the construction industry for 6 years
– I completed an honors degree in civil engineering and finance at Swinburne
– I’m known for being an ‘all in’ kind of guy i.e. I sometimes fall into the trap of ‘anything worth doing is worth overdoing’, which can be both a blessing and a curse.
– I love all things health, longevity and wellness. Think mediocre Tim Ferris if he had a stutter and was really nothing like Tim Ferris
– I have a stutter ^^
– I am annoyingly optimistic

Almost everything I discuss has in some way been influenced by the people I choose to listen and follow. My intention is that I can learn to discuss these ideas in a nuanced way that is both interesting and thought-provoking. Some of the key people who have deeply influenced me include; Ray Dalio, Tim Ferris, Tony Robbins, Jay Shetty, Simon Sinek, Peter Attia + many more.
